The Vaxis Atom 500 SDI Video Transmission Kit is an entry-level of SDI Wireless Video Transmission system designed for events or Wedding videographers and in some cases for filmmakers who require reliable and robust wireless transmission of high-definition video signals., without the need of having cumbersome and lengthy SDI cable.
Firstly, I like the build quality of the Vaxis Atom 500 SDI Video Transmission Kit
The kit includes a transmitter and receiver, both of which are compact and well-designed. They are built to withstand the rigors of outdoor filming, and their durable construction ensures that they should last for a long time.
The video transmission quality is acceptable to meet my needs, thanks to its ability to transmit 1080p video at up to 500ft range with low latency. The transmission is stable and reliable, however, it will be challenging in busy environments with multiple wireless signals competing for bandwidth, this is the same for most similar products.
The Vaxis Atom 500 SDI Video Transmission Kit is also easy to set up and use. The kit comes with an OLED display, which provides real-time information on signal strength, channel selection, and battery life. The kit also features an intuitive menu system that makes it easy to configure the transmitter and receiver to suit your specific needs.
