Audio-Technica ATW-1101 System 10 Digital Wireless Bodypack Microphone System

The Audio-Technica ATW 1101 System 10 digital wireless bodypack microphone system features an ATW-R1100 tabletop receiver. Being a portable system, it is ideal for quick setups in educational facilities, conference rooms, small venues, houses of worship, and web broadcast studios.

The factory is preconfigured, and the user-friendly system is ready to work right out of the box, requiring no setup. This ensures smooth and consistent operation with clear digital audio for all speakers, lecturers, clergymen, and performers.

The ATW-1101 bodypack transmitter has a Hirose 4-pin cW-style connector. In this, the lav or headset mic can be added separately, giving you the benefit of hands-free talk. The transmitter can work up to 7 hours with two AA batteries. It allows mic channels in the range of up to 8 to work, at one location, in unison with a maximum distance of 100′.

The ATW-1101 boasts 24-bit/48 kHz digital audio quality. Automatic Frequency Selection

Power up the components and the receiver automatically searches for a clean frequency and links up with the transmitter, so you can simply turn them on and go.

The system is constantly scanning for activity in the 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi range, and it automatically switches to a clean frequency if necessary when in use to avoid interference.

Lightweight, Portable Receiver Chassis

The receiver’s lightweight, plastic housing enhances its portability. Designed for convenience, the chassis allows the stacking of multiple receivers, making it easy to manage space in crowded setups. This design aesthetic doesn?t compromise functionality; the front-panel LEDs provide real-time feedback on pairing status and input levels.

Clear Interface

The receiver’s interface includes helpful indicators for the transmitter’s input levels. If the input level is too high, warning lights will alert the user to potential distortion, ensuring high-quality audio during use. A display for the System ID number helps identify which transmitter is linked to each receiver.

Versatile Connectivity

On the rear panel, the receiver features both balanced XLR and unbalanced 1/4? output connections. This variety allows flexibility in integration with different sound systems. Additionally, an output level control ensures that users can adjust the output signal as needed.

Lightweight Bodypack Transmitter

Ergonomic Design: The bodypack transmitter is crafted from lightweight plastic, enhancing comfort during extended use. Equipped with a Hirose 4-pin locking connector, users can easily attach compatible Lavalier or headset microphones (sold separately) for hands-free operation.

Input Trim Control: To optimize audio input, the transmitter includes an internal input trim control. Users can adjust this control with the provided screwdriver to match the microphone sensitivity, which helps prevent distortion and maintains audio clarity.

Convenient Mute Function: A quick press of the power switch on the transmitter doubles as a mute function. This feature can help avoid unintentional distractions during a presentation. For additional security, the mute function can be locked to prevent accidental turns off.

ATW-1101 Supports Pairing Multiple Transmitters

The ATW-1101 System 10 supports a peer-to-peer setup. Although a transmitter can only connect to one receiver at a time, it supports pairing up to 8 transmitters with a single receiver. This capability is particularly useful for events with multiple speakers. By turning off one transmitter and activating another, users can ensure that each speaker is seamlessly integrated into the audio system.
