BirdDog P200 new Advanced Colour Tools unlock a suite of incredibly powerful, professional level, colour tuning features. The full Colour Matrix provides 64 individual control levels for saturation and hue of Red, Green, Blue, Cyan, Yellow and Magenta, while the 72 Gamma stops let you really dial in those black level details and do all this from the free Cam Control app. New Video, Exposure, and Detail enhancement tools are also included to round out this exceptionally powerful update. BirdDog P200 is already the world’s flagship NDI camera and the entire codec engine has been rebuilt from the ground up to provide even lower latency and computationally higher picture quality at a lower data rate.

NDI
In the world of NDI there are two flavours, NDI and NDI|HX. NDI is a variable bit rate, I-Frame codec that is reaches around 140Mbits at 1080p60 and is visually lossless. NDI|HX is a compressed, long-GOP, H.264 variant that reaches around 12Mbits at 1080p60. P200 is a Full NDI camera.
Tally light that just works.
NDI has tally information built into the metadata so when P200 is connected to an NDI® enabled switcher the tally light on the front of the unit to ensure your on air talent will always know which camera is live. There is no configuration required; it just works.
FREE Cam Control. Colour match in seconds.
The Cam Control app is the easiest and most user-friendly way to dial in BirdDog cameras. Simply load on a Windows 10 machine on the same network as your BirdDog cameras and access all functions of the camera through a beautiful interface. Quickly dial in the look you like and copy settings across multiple cameras in seconds. And it’s 100% FREE with all BirdDog PTZ cameras.

PoE or DC
P200 can be powered by Power over Ethernet (PoE) or from the included power adapter.
PTZ Keyboard.
Combine P200 with the BirdDog PTZ Keyboard and you have total control of all functions remotely. PTZ Keyboard is a full featured PTZ Keyboard that can control up to 255 PTZ cameras on a single network so can scale to even the most complex installations. PTZ Keyboard can control P200 over NDI or by RS422 / RS232 when using in SDI mode.
Central Lite
Team up Central Lite with any NDI source, including all BirdDog hardware capable of creating NDI® sources, you can now drive your NDI streams to any BirdDog Studio NDI or Mini to decode NDI back to SDI or HDMI.
